So, in order to concatenate the video, I used the following steps with ffmpeg (assuming you are using linux): ls -1 | awk '' > pieces.txt While I understand the tech rationale behind this, I wish it could come in a single piece so, I can make 'context aware' analysis in the future (I already did a python script to check self similarity between video frames, but this is for another post). So, I was testing my Fredi security cam and during the tests, I realised it does not generate continuous videos, but instead, small 3 Megabytes videos.
